What does a project timeline usually look like?

Most projects go in this order: grading and drainage, then structural work like walls and patios, then finishes and planting. How long it takes depends on the size of the project, access to the site, and the time of year.

Do you publish past project addresses?

No. We list the town and development, like Rockwood in North Ogden or Pine Ridge in Kaysville, but not street addresses. We don't share client names or lot counts without permission. If you'd like to see a finished project in person, we can arrange a visit.

How do I start a project?

A new yard looks good the day it’s finished. The real test is how it holds up after a few Utah winters.

How we build for that.

Freeze and thaw is hard on patios and walls, and problems often don’t show up until the second or third year. New plantings also take a few growing seasons to fill in.

So we put the time into what sits underneath: a compacted base, joints cut to allow for movement, and a care schedule for new plantings after we hand the project over.
