Common Questions
Before you start.
- What happens after I send this?
- We read every inquiry ourselves. You'll hear back from the person who would actually run your project — not an auto-responder — usually within a business day.
- What if I don't know my budget yet?
- Pick the range that feels closest, or choose “I'd like guidance on this.” The bands exist so we can propose something buildable rather than something you have to reject. They're a starting point, not a quote.
- Which areas do you work in?
- Davis, Weber, Salt Lake, and Summit & Wasatch counties across northern Utah. If your site sits just outside, send the inquiry anyway and we'll tell you honestly whether we can take it on.
- When could work actually start?
- Utah's install season runs roughly April through October, and design takes time before ground breaks. Earlier inquiries hold their place in the schedule, so planning ahead over winter is an advantage rather than a wasted call.
- Do I need drawings or a plan already?
- No. Most people come to us with a site and an idea, not a drawing. Reading the site and producing the plan is the first part of our work.
